What do you need to achieve?
A physical model makes it easier to assess shape, space and function before the next development decision. Zentro supports startups with new product ideas and businesses improving existing designs. The work starts with what the model will actually be used for.

Possible tasks

03 / Deliverables
An agreed outcome
Possible deliverables include CAD models, design proposals and physical prototypes. Detail, file formats and what the prototype should demonstrate are agreed in advance. A model for exploring shape has different requirements from a part intended for load testing.

A useful starting point
Describe the application, approximate dimensions and the parts the design must fit. A short explanation of what works and what needs improvement is a useful starting point. Materials and manufacturing methods are considered against the requirements.
